How can you join us in this initiative?
Become an associate member/ member
We need your support. Given the state of politics today, we appreciate many are nervous about directly supporting a political group. We want to reassure you associate or full membership is strictly confidential. Another concern is in offering support, there will be an obligation to become involved in the day-to-day running of the AIC. We appreciate due to already full lives, or other reasons, for many this is just not possible. For that reason the AIC has associate and full membership.
Associate membership means you show support by filling in the form and sending it to the address below. Nothing more is required.
Full membership means you wish to attend meetings, participate in forums and debate on policy, and be able to nominate and choose candidates. In this case, please include your email address.
In both cases your support counts for registration with the Electoral Comission. The AIC is a movement where sheep can wade and elephants swiim - you choose your level of involvement. When you post the form, indicate on the back of the form whether you want associate or full membership.
To become an associate member/ member, just download the application form, fill it out and post it to: 13 Gerard Street Gladesville NSW 2111.
For both, there is no fee, but a donation is welcomed. Cheques can be made out to: 'Australian Independents Coalition'.

Let others know
The AIC does not accept corporate or any donation that seeks influence. As a result we do not rely on advertising but word of mouth.
A simple means to do this to download an information card. There are two sides, which can be printed on 2 sides of an A4 page. There are four cards to a page. Standard 80 gsm paper is fine, though a heavier paper gives a better result.
Download the information card.

Share your story
Democracy is more than politicians and Parliament. A key feature of the AIC is 'democracy starts with me'. Many have experience of identifying and researching a need and deciding to do something about it.
Encourage and inspire others with your story of making a difference. Contributions should be around 300 words.
Send your story by email to feedback@australianindependentscoalition.org
